I am deeply dissapointed in the service of nedbank and they way they value and treat their clients, i have been banking with them for so long had numerous products with them but they wont even go they extra mile for there clients. i went in to the branch today 06.06.2013 to get a settlement letter and was told to call the call centre for help and it will take 48 hours for that letter. what happened to going the extra mile? and helping the client in a way that they want to stay at this bank? i am very disappointed in the effort put in to have my request completed. i will never recommend anyone to nedbank again even after so many years of existence your service level is still terrible.
