I have on numerous attempts to get a settlement letter been passed between pillar and post for the last 4 months.
I have dealt with FSE attorneys and Nedbank Card Legal Services and cannot get a settlement letter for an account that was settled in full on the 14th February 2013.
I am disgusted that there are departments where people are incompetent and don't have an idea of the magnitude of bad service that is delivered to the end user or client.
I want my settlement letter today as I have lost and opportunity on a house and a new vehicle that was on special because I cannot provide a letter stating that my debt is settled.
