I contacted the call centre on Tuesday (30/04/2013) to get a settlement letter on one of my Nedank personal loans. The abrupt lady told me it would take 48 hours (even via e-mail) for me to access the letter.
It is unacceptable as I want to Consolidate all my accounts. I have recieved the letter form FNB and from AFRICAN BANK, but no i have to wait 48 hours for NEDBANK. Still it is only valid for 7 day
BTW i still did not receive a letter.
It seems to me that all the other banks are bettering but Nedbank is stuck!!!
