Card replacement fee charged

So i noticed on my online banking i could upgrade to a platinum account. i went through all the steps and asked for it to be DELIVERED TO THE MENLYN BRANCH. to my surprise, i received a phone call stating my card is ready for delivery from CCD Couriers. i informed the lady i did not want it delivered as i do not have a set work place and could be anywhere in the country. she says because it is a platinum account they have to deliver it in person. i told her she is wrong as i know of 3 other people who had to fetch their cards in store. i then told her to cancel it as i do not want it if i cannot collect at the branch. i then receive my statement and i see a card replacement fee has been charged to my account. i want this reversed as i did not replace any cards. i did not cancel any cards i currently have. if you had looked correctly on the system you would have seen it was supposed to be sent to the menlyn branch. i want this reversed by Friday or i will go to the Ombudsman!!!
