Poor service and incompetence

In April we moved a business bank account to FNB. We applied for one debit card and two credit cards to be delivered to the Cresta branch. On collecting the debit card we were informed that one credit card had been cancelled. We asked for it to be re-instated. When we came to collect that credit card it was a debit card!! We were also charged a replacement fee for this card! Both credit cards have still not been issued after almost a month.
