I accepted a credit card upgrade offer from gold to platinum online. Everything was pre-approved and I only needed to accept the terms and conditions online through my online banking. After filling out the delivery request page I was promised that the new card would be delivered to my specified address "within 3 working days". This was on Tuesday 18/06/2013. It is now Wednesday 26/06/2013 and even after many lengthy calls to so many different people/FNB divisions including their "Premier/Platinum" banking division I still haven't heard any positive news about where the new platinum card is! FNB I am very disappointed!! I can see online that the new card is already activated and therefore assume it can be used to transact so this is very unsettling that I am not in possession of it yet! I have previously received cheque cards, credit cards and an iPhone 5 from FNB within less than the 3 day period specified - so why the bad service now???
