Very slow card delivery

I got confirmaiton of the new cards being delivered on the 4/01/2013. I've been unable to use our discovery card's while you send the new platinum cards. In addition you have charged me for declined fees 4 times for insufficient funds even though there is R150200 available.

I would like the cards delivered today and the fees for the declined transactions reversed or I will consider cancelling my cards with you.
