No feedback to my query

For the past three months for some unknown reason I can not go into my absa account via internet. I have had no problems for the past five years and I have not changed my laptop or settings. Firstly I can never ever get hold of anyone by telephone so I resorted in writing to them. After two weeks I got a response saying they will get someone to reply to me shortly... I then wrote another email and eventually I got a response asking me questions which I answered and sent back and now I am waiting again, it is month end and I would like to know what is going on in my account. No doubt they taking their monthly internet service fee off but I CANT GET INTO MY ACCOUNT AND NO ONE IS HELPING ME. I am getting desperate now to be able to have access to MY bank account.
