Unknown signing up to a payable service

I got a CC for unforseen emergencies & was told that I would be charged only the monthly fee-I also only ever signed for the creditcard & agreed to the monthly fee. I used the card 3times in Dec, paid the amount in full including a -38.45 I didnt know what for. I queried this-got a response it is the monthly fees for internet banking.
I never signed anything that I would have to pay a monthly fee of R38.00 for the luxury of being able to access my account information online. I make no use of internet banking, my account contains no details, I cannot access statements even with latest adobe. I was told as I logged into their opnline account, I "Registered" for their internet banking. I asked instore on 9dec if the online is like with my capitec acc as it said I was limited-couldnt see even balance. She set me up saying I would now use it like any other acc. My banks charge me no cent even if I would want to bank through the portal. After requesting cancellation if no refund I receive copy pastes of the same email over again telling me I registered online&agreed to tnt. I asked the card to be cancelled effective Feb1 if I get no refund for services not used-never got response-questions evaded.
