What is wrong with ABSA

Hi There,

Why am I not getting my statements? this is maybe the 4th time I am complaining about this. one month it comes and then the next it does not.
I am really getting frustrated with ABSA and their bad service.

ABSA cash acceptor machines still do not accept new bills and therefore I need to go into a bank go change all new bills to old bills... Then the ABSA ads have the audacity to say use cash acceptors, no more queues or waiting time.

This is misleading the general public as per usual.

I want my statements!

This year if ABSA has changed my bank account from student to cheque account then I will be taking this matter further. the past 3 years they have changed my account without informing me and charged me close to R1000 in bank charges before I found out.

ABSA still has not released a banking app... as for their slogan today, tomorrow, together are no more than words and they mean nothing to the bank it would seem.
