On the 24th May 2013 I went into the Absa Branch & I gave a copy of my ID & prufe of residence to Gareth to mail via Absa's internal mail to Virgin Money. I need to get my Virgin Credit Card unblocked because it was blocked due to expired Fica documentation. Gareth told me it will take 1 to 2 working days. Then I followed up on the wednesday after & I was told by thursday it would happen. Nothing since. Can somebody find out why my documentation is not being sent to Virgin?
