I went Absa Valhalla on 14/09 2013 to FICA my virgin money credit card, the service there is so pathetic, the person assisting me didn't have a clue what she was doing, she didn't even have Virgin money's contact details, I mean why would Vmoney send me to an Absa branch to FICA my stuff if the people there didn't know how the system works, after what seemed like forever they told me that its done n I left, when I called Vmoney to order a new card they told me I'm still not FICA 'd I need to go back to he branch.seriously I don't have time for this, please sort out this mess, I did my part now Vmoney needs to come to the party
