Fica Requirements sent but never received

I applied for a credit card 2 weeks ago and all that was said was that i had to submit all my documentation to courier company when my card gets delivered so that I can receive a pin via the post or I can go into my nearest ABSA branch and get a pin, when i went to ABSA to get my pin yetserday they told me that my FICA documents were not received and they phoned Virgin who told them that I needed to fax the documents to them which I did. I tried calling Virgin Money to find out if all the documents has been received so that FICA block can be removed so that I can get a pin from ABSA but everytime i called I get no response form Virgin this is very bad service and I would like to get feedback as to what is happening and when the FICA block will be lifted so that I can get a pin
