I have been a capitec customer for the passed 5 years now.so in 2012 i was mugged and they took my ID Document.so it was sold to someone that tried o commit with it.so now i have this letter from the SAFP thats proves that i am a frau victim. Last year Decemeber i applyed for loan with capitec but i only qualyfied for a 3 months loan.i took that becouse i was adviced it will create a credit profile.i then finish it.so today i went to Capitec to apply for a loan and i was adviced that the only loan that i qualify for is a multi loan.that is a 1 month loan and i do not want it.how can you trat me like this and i have been a loyal customer. I'm even saving with you guys. I AM SO DISSAPOINTED BECOUSE I REALLY NEED THE MONEY
