My multi loan has been declined because I apparently have outstanding payments, but I don't have any, yet the money is deducted from my account every payday.
I accessed the multi loan on the 6/8/2013 with no problems and now it is declining due to arrears.
so what is the point of having a customer service number if they cannot assist you, its not like people have time to go to the bank to sort out these technical errors, especially when the fault with the institution.
I needed to access the multi loan today and think it is very unfair that I must schlep around sorting out a problem that capitec must rectify and they still expect you to go see a branch.
