Zero Balance on a paid up Multi Loan

I have been banking with Capitec for over 4 years and had a multi loan activated last year. Last Thursday I went to Sunnyside branch to increase the maulti loan. I was granted a multi loan of R3260 but couldn't access the funds. I went back to the bank and I was therefore advised that I pay a balance of R613 to pay off the outstanding balance on the existing multi loan, of which I did. Still I couldn't access the R3260 multi loan. I have never defaulted on my Capitec Multi Loan before as my bank account is debited days before my my salary is deposited. If I have known I wouldn't have paid the R613 as I could have used that money to buy my medication which is finished now. What is one to do? Need help.
