About a month ago i complained that capitec does not know how they system works low and behold, i proved my point last week i went onto my Multi Loan facility and just had a look at it, it showed that there was an amount of almost R2000.00 available to borrow so i just went out, yesterday while doing internet banking out of curiosity i Again just checked and it showed that i owed R500.00 and some odd and the available balance was R200.00 Plus really... i did not even take money from that facility how the could i owe... Please capitec do i need to keep complaining to get something fixed, i am fine whether there is nothing avalable but please correct your system i do not owe you guys i did not borrow the money.
