Still no responce

I previously complained about capitecs lack of response then only i got feedback, it saddens me that i have to once again go through the same process, i received a i would assume an automatic response saying that someone would get back to me in two days re: my complaint about the multi loan, low and behold nothing, is anyone even checking these complaints, ever since capitec has grown the service has declined first one could call and something would happen now when you ask about the multi loan no one knows how it is calculated. my expenses has not changed and my multi loan was paid a week before my salary went in and still it shows that i owe capitec money and nothing is available. Does the system not work? the reason one opts for the muti loan is that you access it when you need it, but what once was something helpful to have is now hopeless to have if nobody calls or fixes this please rather just cancel it.
