NO SERVICE AT ALL

Today I went to Capitec bank to have my Multi Loan reactivated. I was one of the many people who waited over an hour for service.
What annoyed me the most was that Capitec consultants disappeared for a while and there was no sense of agency at all. Only when I inquired was I then advised that there two inactive computers that are not functioning. When I was called by a consultant -he processed my request and the process took 30 minutes. He then advised me that my Multi Loan is now active and I can draw cash immediately and I received the usual SMS to conform that all was well. I then rushed to work as my time was up years ago.

When I got to the office I tried to transfer my loan with no success and so I thought it was still pending. Now it tells me that I have an overdue amount on my Multi Loan - which I do not.

I feel like a customer that is not valued because, I am the one who has to make time to go back the Capitec bank and enquire AGAIN as all was in order today. What is really going on with your service? I feel like I should go pay more fees with a bank that will at least give me service.
