I have a multi loan at capitec from 14june2013, and while I did my multi loan on my phone I most probable press the wrong button in the two question they ask when doing the multi loan, but still did receive the loan but when I tried to do another loan it shows that my multi loan has expired. I went to the branch to find out why it was canceled. They told me that there is only three ways that the loan will be canceled. 1 if I missed a payment- which I did not do as my first instalment is only on the 15july2013. 2 if my 12month is finish- I only started last month 3 if I select the wrong number on the two questions-which I probably did. Now my problem is I went to the bank so that they can correct the mistake but instead they say I can only reapply for a multi loan in 3month time. This just because of n finger mistake I must wait for 3month?
