Multi loan problem

Dear Capitec i had a active multi loan with you of R3700, on the 28th of May i actived R1000 rand which was sucessfull, however when i tried to request an additional amount there after it kpt telling me that i do not have a multi loan active which i could not understand as the loan gets reviewed every year, i called the call centre to enquiry what the problem was, they advised me to go into the branch again as the system showed that there was no multi loan active, i had to take off from work and went to the Rustenburg branch at the Platuim square where they assisted me to reactivate the loan, i received the sms that the loan was active for R2200, and the staff explained that because i had an outstanding balance it would only show that amount but once the outstanding balance was paid it could be added as one amount which equals to R3200, after going into a branch we still could not access the remaining multi loan kept on giving us error message, we left it at that i said we would check once the payment went off end of June for the R1000, the instalment was deducted from my bank account and now my multi loan says i have R25 avaible on my account, really this is not on
