Inborrect billing and BAD service

My name is Prudence Herling I have been banking with FNB loyaly for over 5years, but I wonder if this will continue further.
I took a revolving loan in April, I spoke to Elizabeth from the Vosloorus Branch to enquire about the monthy payment fee and she told me it R412 ONLY, I was debited on the 10th of May, the transaction was success fully.
I went to the Boksburg branch and spoke to Sibongiseni Sikhosana on the 15th May to ask him to change the debit order to the 25th as that is my paydate, firsly he seemed lost and clearly he didn't know what he was doing because my request was not actioned. Now what really got me angry is the fact that I am charged interest of about R115 and some R39 amount. can someone please tell me who decided on the debit order date and what is the interest for. You clearly know when I get paid as my company pays my salary into my FNB account every month.
I tried your call centre and its a nightmare to get hold of any1.

I am a very angry customer who is ready to move her account to another bank where dey will not rob me.
