I am so dissapointed with Virgin Money Insurance. I was rented out a car with Budget Insurance later called me to exchange. When I returned the car filled up, they told me I was not going to get my deposit back as I had rented out 2 cars and was supposed fill both of them with petrol. What I dont understand is that I rented ONE car, they asked to exchange the car which they picked up from my workplace, I had nothing to do with this exchange and no one told me anything about me having to pay for both cars. I need someone to feedback on this. And I spoke to Lucas at Budget Grand Central, he is absolutely useless.
