Cannot change debit order date?!

I applied for a personal loan online, and it was approved and paid out promptly. When I spoke to the consultant, I stated that I get paid on the last day of the month, and I wanted the debit order to go off on the 1st of the following month. The first payment went off my account on 25 October?! I phoned your call centre, and requested the debit order date to be changed, not possible according to them, the system generated the 25th, and that is the end of the matter. I have never been paid on the 25th, check my account. Your call centre now want a letter from my employer to prove when I get paid. Please, help! I now have to leave the repayment amount in my account for a month, not getting any interest, and if I use it, and you return my payment due to lack of funds, I will be charged penalties on my current account, which by the way is also with yourselves.
Banking with FNB is not that easy and convenient!
