Can FNB get it right for a change?

I am totally exasperated with FNB's Personal Loans department. I have received the WORST service over the past few months, and I am sick and tired of having to call the call centre over and over again about the SAME PROBLEM. I get paid on the 25th of each month, but FNB can't change my debit order on one of my loan account to this date, and keeps on deducting the money month end, or when there is no money in my account. It's not rocket science..PLEASE just correct my debit order due date?
Secondly, a double payment was made into my other loan account with FNB. I made a manual payment via internet transfer, and then FNB went ahead and debited my account as well. I called the call centre yesterday and spoke to Aubrey, who was more intent on irritating me than to help me get a refund. In spite of the fact that I told him that the refund needs to be processed urgently, he arrogantly said that it will take 48 hours for my request to be actioned. I CAN"T WAIT 48 hours. PLEASE refund me ASAP. You are the most innovative bank in the world, maybe you need to teach your call centre agents to think outside of the box??
