Told we cancelled our policy on 3 May.
I disputed this - my WIfe called to notify you of a cancellation with effect 31 May, but the bright spark that took the call cancelled with immediate effect and DID NOT notify us.
I insisted on a reinstatement backdated and was told I would have to wait a week for the conversation to be retrieved and checked. Was told I would be called back once this dispute had been resolved.
Called Monday 27 May. The person I spoke to took my Cell number and promised to get Sheri to call me. Sheri called my wife! Gave her a landline number that never gets answered. After many attempts I meandered through your call centre and left another message for Sheri to call me.
Today, 28 MAy I got through to Tumi who promised to investigate and get back to me on my cell.
Guess what? I am still waiting! I have had a shocking year. You are not helping.
Now please do not call me until AFTER 9:15 on 29 May 2013.
