VERY POOR SERVICE

I called in last week Tuesday to register a claim for my cellphone, spoke to Reinette Combrink who told me my excess for the cellphone is now R1050. As to when did it go up I have no idea. At sales stage I was never informed that the excess increases every year. I had to keep on calling Reinette get feedback. I called on Thursday to cancel policy. The Consultant said, she will forward my query to a claims manager who will call me back, I am still waiting. I called in on Tuesday to find out when will the cancellation department call, the same person I spoke to when I wanted to cancel told me that my policy is cancelled. I asked when cause no more had called me to confirm cancellation, and yet the debit order had gone through for December. She told me the policy is cancelled effective end of November. I told her I was not happy at all with the service from 1st 4 women. She said I must give her time to investigate she will call me again later, which she never did. But saying someone is going to call me back with feedback. Its now Friday I'm still waiting for that someone to call me. I sent Reinette an email on Monday telling her my phone was not fixed properly, guess what no reply.
