Service gone wrong

I recently decided to call my insurance and decided to have a look into my policy with them and heard that i am supposed to have my specified material valuated, i then decided to begin with that process of aquiring the valution, a week later an incident ocurred and i processed a claim . its has nearly been three weeks where i have had to phone all the time to find out whats going on with the claim, i just never get answered, i was promised a week ago that the claim will be finalised by wednesday last week but this was a lie, i then received a sms stating that she was going to call me, however she did not call but i called the next day and left a message but still no call . i recieved a miss call today which rang three times.i called back to find out why.michelle was still busy, however the gentleman saide that they are still waiting to sort the claim out as they are now waiting to listen to the conversation when i first called in to change some items on my insurance, this claim has been on goig for nearly three weeks .and it feel as if auto and general are trying to find a way not to pay out.

i have been with auto and gen since 2007 and always pay on time . i am shocked
