DISSAPOINTING SERVICE

I called the cell c call centre on Monday, 21st January 2013, requesting a number change. I was told that this could be done at a cost of R250 and I had to supply phone numbers of my choice which I did. The call centre agent mentioned that it could take 24 - 48 hrs to approve a new number change. On wednesday, 23rd Jan, I called the call centre asking for feedback and was old that by Friday the 25th it would definitely be sorted out. Friday afternoon at 14h30 I once again called the call centre and was told that the team leader named Sharika would call me within an hour. Still no feedback at 16h30 when I called again and left a second message for 4harika. Saturday 26th, I called and was told Ashley (another team leader) would call me. Still no feedback!!!
Monday, 28th January, I called again and this time insisted on speaking to any manager and finally getting through to Ben - one of the team leaders- who told me that unfortunately Cell C cannot fulfill my request since they can only use system generated teleophone numbers and not customer request numbers... Why was this not told to me a week ago? Shocking, seeing that Mr. Craig is in charge we expected much better! 084 285 0505
