This year January I took a decision to cancel my subscription due to poor service delivery of the paper, I called customer service on 28-Jan and spoke to Florence @ 9:19 am who told me that I need to give a month's notice before I can cancel, and told me that my subscription will be cancelled at the end of Feb. On the 19-Mar @9:40 am I called again to check if my subscription was cancelled and this time I spoke to Kholisa and explained the whole situation, she then promised to cancel my subscription with immediate effect. When I checked my bank statement at the end of March I realized that my account was debited by Sunday Times. I called them on the 02-Apr @ 10:31 am and spoke to Lerato who told me that my subscription will be cancelled end of April, I then asked to speak to the team leader and I was told he is busy but will be given a message to call me back and till today he hasn't called. I'm sick and tired of bad service and I want cancellation with immediate effect as well as my money that was debited on the 25-Mar.
