Bayport cellular service!!!

My wife`s contract with Bayport ended in Jan 13.She wanted to convert the number to a prepaid number, however, after numerous attempts in calling the call centre, she has not succeeded in resolving this problem.
She did advise me to do a follow up almost on a weekly basis as she is extremely busy at work, and her job is quite demanding. I call the centre and speak to numerous agents who advise me that they will resolve the problem. I do understand that process of authentication and I was told my wife has to call in personally and I even gave the agents my wife`s work number, an alternate cell number as well as my wife`s email address.
I called on 04 03 13 at spoke to Silindile Mataung, who promised to call my wife yesterday afternoon. She never called my wife and the problem is still not resolved. Does it take Bayport Financial Services 7 weeks to resolve a problem that is has simple as this?
