I had a problem with billing on my data on the 24th of December 2013, I called into the call centre, I spoke to a consultant (pumelele) who said she would log an enquiry to check what happened with the network department she gave me a ref number and said I would recieve feedback, I never did, I called in 4days later and spoke to Tsepo a supervisor who promised to listen to the call to retrieve the ref number, he never called me back I called in 3days later and I spoke to a consultant tht kept on dropping my calls so I gave up for the day, I called in again last week and spoke to thobani zakwe who said they would listen to calls made to cell c by me to pick up the ref number he was supposed to call on sunday he never did, I called in monday spoke to hlengiwe who insisted on escalating the problem to supervisor Gerrard naidoo who told me the initial agent I had spoken to gave me incorrect ref number and the enquiry was to be logged again, he was impatient and not intrested in the fact that it was 19 days since I was told that an enquiry had been logged, why did I have to call on to beg for feedback on something I was promised was done and and no forthcoming apology for the bad services
