I applied for a yesterday and was approved and i got a card and it was activated. everything was okay till now no response. I phoned the call centre they said the branch manager will release the payment. I phoned again this morning and i heard 4 different stories. I am confused i just want to know when will i be able to get the loan so that i can pay my school fees. I am not happy about the call centre service people are not friendly. I am so disappointed.
