Promise on Recorded Call then and change of story

My mother had a funeral policy with 1Life, I am the premium payer. She passed on, on the 22/02/2013. I called to remove her off the policy and Thandeka promised to call back within 2days as she needed to confirm with her manager what was going to happen to the policy. For 3 weeks she did not call and I called them back and spoke to Johannes Phakale and I asked him to send an email to this Thandeka to call me and she still did not call back. A week later I sent her and Johannes an email to respond and give me the deserved service. Only then she called and told me: The policy was going to deduct for the last time in May 2013 and thereafter will be waived for a year (I will not pay for ayear) and people on the policy will be covered for free. She told me only after a year i will pay a reduced premium minus my moms contribution. She promised me an ammended policy document 2 weeks ago from today and I still did not receive that.
I again today sent her an email asking for the new policy document and to my surprise she called me 5 hours later to tell me she made a mistake the policy is supposed to be cancelled and her manager now has changed the story. This is the most rediculous SERVICE
