I send an email as per the consultant's instruction to cancel my policy which is 4 months old. I send a reminder again as no one contacted me as promised and I see now the debit order has gone through. Can they please cancel the policy, stop the debit order and refund me my money. I took a policy telephonically with a consultant and the policy document that followed was different to what we discussed. I please please please want my refund. I do not want your policy. I was looking at taking a funeral policy but I can see you cannot be trusted with anything.
