After switching my business account to FNB I tried to create scheduled payments for staff, etc but the menu items didn't exist. After 6 weeks of trying on and off I finally called the bank to be told that my computer had to be authorised to ALLOW me to access MY OWN MONEY and create these payments. Obviously I lost it and a day later one computer can now create these payments

BUT

What happens if that computer gets / damaged? I then have to go through the same waiting period or phone the bank and be abusive 'till the authorise a new computer!!!

This is totally insane FNB - fix it!

It is even more insane that there was no waiting period for my personal account! I could create these payments on my personal profile immediately.
