Cover was taken for my Father, him as the policy holder me as the policy payer. This has been about 2 1/3 - 3 weeks ago. As I advised I want to read the policy document before the date of first debit. Neither my Father nor myself has received anything to date. Please be sure to send me the policy documents ASAP. If this is the time it takes to send a document via e-mail how long are we gonna wait in the event of my Fathers death?
