Cancellation of PPS insurance without my consent

I joined PPS insurance on June 2010. I took the life insurance cover with PPS. I then applied for an additional cover which started on 15 May 2013. when checking my bank statement for May 2013 I realise that the premium for my initial cover was not deducted. I therefore called PPS on 20 May 2013 and was informed that the initial policy has been cancelled. I was surprised to hear that since it was cancelled without my consent. I made a follow up with Ms. Lauren Da Silva on 21 May and she informed me that there was a mistake she will follow it up. I made a follow up on 22 May 2013 and her response was " I am pushing to get more info by latest tomorrow. If I had the power I would have done so already but I am sure you understand that there is protocol to follow." To date I have not received her response.

I therefore called on 27 May and I was informed that my policy is still active. I was informed that money was received from my account and that is not correct. PPS debit order does not reflect on my bank statement and my bank has also confirmed that no payment was done iro my 1st PPS insurance.

It seems as if PPS does not care and I have been paying my premium continually.
