Payment going off ILLEGALLY

Hi everyone. DO NOT get a loan from FNB. We settled our smart spend loan account BEFORE the 15th! And they STILL took off the debit order at the end of the month. We have called them the day we payed off the account AND the next day. Still they did not update the account. We do not see the settlement amount in the loan account, BUT we see the debit order and all their fees. BE CAREFULL!!! We are going to open a case at the SAPD today so that we can report them to the ambudsman.
