SETTLEMENT OF PERSONAL LOAN

I REQUESTED A SETTLEMENT FIGURE FROM FNB PERSONAL LOANS AND THEN SETTLED THE LOAN ON THE 1ST FEBRUARY 2013. I ASKED THE PERSON TO CANCEL THE DEBITORDER SCHEDULED FOR THE 7TH FEBRUARY 2013 BUT HE SAID NOT TO WORRY THE LOAN ACCOUNT WILL BE CLOSED WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS. I SPOKE TO GONTSE ON THE 4TH FEB 2013 AND SHE ESCALATED MY QUERRY AS TO WHY THE LOAN ACCOUNT HAS NOT BEEN CLOSED AND ALSO TO INSTRUCT FNB NOT TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT WITH A FURTHER DEBIT ORDER. YESTERDAY I SPOKE TO LEE-ANN AND SHE WAS CONFUSED AS SHE ASKED ME IF I FAXED THE SETTLEMENT QUOTE AND PROOF OF SETTLEMENT. I DID FAX THE SETTLEMENT QUOTE AND PROOF OF PAYMENT ON THE 1ST FEBRUARY 2013 THE DAY I SETTLED MY PERSONAL LOAN. I SENT A COPY OF SETTLEMENT QUOTE AND PROOF OF SETTLEMENT TO FNB CUSTOMER CARE YESTERDAY AND RECEIVED REFERENCE NUMBER 251581. THIS MORNING I WAS UPSET WHEN I NOTICED FNB PERSONAL LOANS DEBITED MY ACCOUNT WITH ANOTHER DEBIT ORDER FOR R2918.52. THIS IS SHOCKING SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST. I'VE BEEN A FNB CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS BUT HAS NEVER RECEIVED THIS BAD SERVICE FROM THEM IN THE PAST. I WANT ACTION. A) CLOSE THE PERSONAL LOAN, B) SEND ME PROOF THAT PERSONAL LOAN HAS BEEN CLOSED C) REVERSE DEBITORDER
