PLEASE CHECK BEFORE YOU DEDUCT

So, I paid off my Smart Spend Loan I had with FNB, and to my surprise when I checked my account balance today, I noticed that I was charged for the debit order that didn't go off my account for the loan I already paid and then finally when my salary was paid in they deducted the charge for the debit order that was not successfully collected plus the amount for my loan WHICH IS PAID OFF!! Please help cos this is ridiculous!!!
