I opened a company account with FNB in Protea Glen.
When I went to withdraw money at a Midrand branch I was told that I could not as my ID and signature were not scanned. I went back to Protea Glen on the 27th of May 2013.
Went to Zweli told him what I was told at their Midrand branch, he then took my ID, I don't know what he did with it. He then gave it back to me and told me that everything was okay.
I then went back to the Midrand brach where I was told that nothing had changed on my account therefore I could not withdraw any money.
Please bear in mind that it was pay day for my staff members and I need to deposit money for them.
I then went to the Protea Glen on the morning of the 28th of May 2013 were Zweli gave me a paper to sign then he said he scanned it and everything was fine.
I then went to the Tembisa branch to withdraw money where I was told that my signature did not appear and that my monthly limit was R2000. How can a business account have a R2000 limit?!
I have had enough with FNB!! I'm busy applying for a new business account at a Standard Bank. FNB's service is poor and slow and their staff is incompetent.
