Incorrect Billing-Settled Account

Good day,

I am disappointed in FnB records keeping. I had a smart loan spend with FnB account number 400183866, which I settled and the settlement amount was R7342.72 and received a confirmation letter dated 6 June 2012 to confirm this. Later had another smart spend loan account: 7403205358/2
which was also settled and received paid up letter for dated 05-07-2013.
Yet for the past 4 months my account has been debited and called several times to dispute but to no avail. All my loans have been paid up to full and have letters which proves this as to my am I been debited nobody seems to have an answer.
