I phoned Nedbank to ask them to please help me with the premium, because my husband got like 18k less salary for the month. I even phone them to inform that I can't pay. I didn't run away. I phone to make arrangement for 3 months because I'm going to struggle financially. They just say sorry you must pay your premium. I always got good words for Nedbank. I'm sorry to say they will never get my services ever again. Thanks for nothing.
