Double Premium for the second month for loan

I have a personal loan with nedbank. The one month I arranged for my debit order to go off later. The next month they took double premium from the debit order. I arranged for them to refund me. Now the second month in a row they also took double premium after i phoned to confirm only one premium will go off. I don't earn a big salary. So every time they take double premium my other debit order does not go through. This is really upsetting. Why do I every month have to phone and arrange for the extra debit order to be returned. Then my other debit order failed cause of Nedbank personal loans want extra money. Please look into it. Its me who have to take the loss every month. A failed debit order is very expensive. I also phoned in for a settlement letter. And I am still waiting. Nedbank really have to look into it.
