Still awaiting a cheque book and credit cards

We opened our account with FNB two months ago and did all the paperwork etc. When we went to collect the cards no credit cards, overdraft or cheque book had been applied for even though all the documents were submitted. we then had them resubmit and now a month later we are still waiting for credit cards and cheque book. It is very inconvenient that we still don't have these things. Please can someone get this issue sorted out.
