Useless & Incompetent
I have a personal loan with Nedbank.I made an arrangement with them to pay them a reduced installment since April as I am no longer employed.I was told to pay R500 a month, and two months later I wa told to increase it to R700 of which I obliged.I have been paying every month via EFT (my husband`s is the one paying for me).Now they (Nedbank) have decided to hand me over to thier attorneys, mind youn I have been paying every month.Clearly Nedbank is being dishonest here, because it is not like I have been defaulting on the arrangement I have with them.I demand that threatening letters they have sent me be revoked asap, failure to that, I will take the matter to the Ombudsman.I will not let Nedbank ruin my credit record when I pay them every month.This mickey-mouse attitiude of their`s shoould stop immediately.No wonder people are migrating to other competent banks, they fail to do even the basic things right.
