STANDARD BANK DELAYING MY HOMELOAN APPLICATION

On the 6th of July 2013 me and my partner made an online application for a homeloan. Upon the application been successfully received, we were asked to submit submitting documents in order for our application to be processesed. we were given an email adress were we should submit all documents. all documents were subitted, but no response has ever come through, we followed up and eventually send out them to one employee who assisted by loading them on the system. we have been following up with the application since then. we have a bunch of reference numbers, spoken to millions of call centre agents who are not helpful at all. some will say the system shows our application is not reinstated, while others says it is. we laid a complain with the complaints department and apparently a specialist will call us even today, ref for the call is 40509645 even today they have not called. the offer to purchase on the homeloan has expired and still today no one can give us a clear indication on the process of this application. on Monday 5 /08 a guy by the name of Obet Sibeko REF 40509021 also said he was reinstating the application as he sees that all our documents have been submitted. PLS HELP
