Yesterday I have requested copies of credit agreements, account statements and affordability assessments from Nedbank with the request to advise when the requested information and documents will be provided. I received only a one sentence response which says that Nedbank will instruct their attorneys to correspond with us in due course. Absolute shocking and unacceptable. A consumer has the right to information and statements on demand and we should be provided with the requested information and documents by Nedbank without further delay.
