I looked through my bank statement and saw names I did not recognize and I called the line and reported it, without checking the transaction the lady call ref: Rf13052146313 cancelled my acc, I then called the line again and the lady managed to track down what the name was and saw that it was a petrol station in JHB, I now unfortunately have to wait 4-7 working days without my bank account or pay unnecessary money for a new card. I refuse to pay the charge fee because of the inadequate abilities of the call centers staff. I am highly upset and will continue to complain because I am now inconvenienced.

My brother has had the same situation and no one from FNB has bothered to call him yet and he too is now Is without a bank acc. Ref no: 286065 & call ref :13052048928 His number is 0828281845.

FNB I am extremely disappointed with the service you offer and yet you claim to be the most effective bank.
And one more thing on your form you spelled address incorrectly, it's the small things FNB.
